The production of polymer seals involves sustained high temperatures. Our facility is equipped with a large number of precision machinery and operates under heavy electrical loads. In addition, our raw materials and production auxiliaries are chemical products, which are subject to strict fire prevention regulations during handling, storage and transportation.

At the end of the drill, Chairman Mr. Hu delivered a summary speech. He commended all participants for their dedication, pointed out deficiencies in this exercise, and required all staff to make immediate improvements in four key areas:

1. Capability to inspect and eliminate fire hazards: Establish dedicated fire inspection and patrol teams to conduct daily fire patrols with complete records. All employees must inspect potential fire risks at their workstations before and after each shift. Problems such as damaged or misappropriated fire-fighting facilities, blocked emergency exits and piled sundries must be eliminated completely.

2. Capability to fight initial fires: Set up two emergency fire teams. All staff shall master fire alarm procedures and the operation of fire extinguishers and fire hydrants. Employees on site shall form an immediate fire-fighting team once a fire breaks out.
3. Capability to organize and guide evacuation: Fire safety supervisors and all employees must master four key points: evacuation routes, evacuation procedures, usage of emergency escape equipment, and basic fire escape knowledge.
4. Capability to conduct fire safety training and publicity: All relevant personnel shall be well-versed in fire safety laws, regulations and operational rules, as well as the fire risks and preventive measures of the factory and individual workstations.
