1.응용프로그램 및 속성

O-링은 실제 생산 및 수명에서 가장 많이 사용되는 씰로 단방향 압력, 양방향 압력 또는 교번 압력을 밀봉할 수 있습니다. 주로 정적 씰링에 사용되며 일부는 동적 씰링(보통 공압 왕복 운동용)에 사용됩니다. 동적 애플리케이션에서는 더 나은 작업 조건을 위해서만 권장됩니다. 회전 운동에서는 압력이 낮고 윤활이 충분하다면 사용을 권장합니다.
O-링의 수명은 시스템의 윤활 조건, 압력, 온도, 밀봉 간격, 속도, 매체, 금속 부품의 표면 품질 및 기타 요인에 따라 달라집니다.
다양한 재료, 모든 종류의 고무, 플라스틱, 심지어 금속까지 O-링 재료로 사용할 수 있습니다. 따라서 매체 적응성과 온도 적응성이 매우 넓습니다.
설치 홈 크기가 작고 구조가 간단하며 가격이 상대적으로 저렴합니다.

R1=0.1~0.5, R2=0.2~1; e0.05~0.2; h=(0.70~0.90)d1, 일반적으로 정적 밀봉은 작은 값(0.70~0.80)에 가깝고 동적 밀봉은 큰 값(0.85~0.90)에 가깝습니다. b=(1.20~1.35)d1. 특정 값은 씰의 단면 크기에 따라 선택됩니다.
