1. Application and properties
DDKK is a dual-acting sealing and guiding component consisting of one elastic body, one sealing ring, two retaining rings, and two guide rings. The elastic body is made of nitrile rubber or fluororubber, which applies pressure to the sealing ring and makes it tightly adhere to the cylinder, thereby providing good sealing action. The sealing ring is a special PTFE-filled material, which has suitable stiffness and a very low friction coefficient with the fitting friction pair. The retaining rings prevent the elastic body from being squeezed into the sealing gap, and the guide rings guide the piston movement inside the cylinder and absorb radial forces. The materials of the retaining rings and guide rings may be special plastics such as PTFE-filled, nylon, or polyoxymethylene.
It is mainly used for oil cylinders that require a small friction coefficient in the sealing system and have limited installation space for piston seals.
The outstanding feature of this seal is that the back-up rings, guide rings, and sealing components are installed in one groove, greatly saving installation space. It is usually used for oil cylinders with smaller diameters, and other sealing components are not required to be installed on the piston.

5. Marking method
Mark with the dimension of installation groove
For example: The standard DDKK combination seal φ100 is marked as DDKK100×82×43
