1. Application and properties
Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating motion piston, it has good sealing performance at high, medium and low pressures. The working pressure range is wide, and it can be used for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure sealing. It can be installed in series in the same direction to increase the pressure-bearing capacity.
The friction coefficient is small, and it can work with or without lubrication, wear-resistant, and long service life.
The working medium of the sealing sleeve is widely adaptable, and other chemicals do not react with it except soluble alkali metal, high temperature fluorine gas and chlorine trifluoride.
Operating temperature range from -30°C to +160°C (depending on the O-ring). It can be used in special working conditions such as extremely high speed, extremely low speed, and micro-stroke.
It is suitable for aerospace, military, and industrial sealing groove sizes, and the groove is open. The biggest feature is that it has the smallest leakage among similar seals and has a long service life.
