Glass Fiber with PTFE Spring Loaded Face Seals
1.Application and properties
Suitable for single-acting sealing, can be used for reciprocating motion of piston. It has good sealing performance at high, medium and low pressure. The work pressure adaptation range is wide, and the pressure resistance can be enhanced by adding back-up rings.
The friction coefficient is small, and the contact pressure with the mating surface is low. The friction force with the mating surface is the smallest in all types of seals. It can work with or without lubrication, has good wear resistance, and long service life.
The working medium of the sealing sleeve is widely adaptable, and other chemicals do not react with it except soluble alkali metal, high temperature fluorine gas and chlorine trifluoride.
Operating temperature range from -200°C to +250°C, and it is used for special working conditions such as high speed, extremely low speed, and micro-stroke
Suitable for aviation, military and industrial sealing groove size. Small installation groove and the groove is open or semi-open. The standard product section size is small, and can be installed in the same level O-ring groove.
Flexible size change, wide adaptability, can be designed for any size of the installation groove of the seal, non-standard part design is very convenient
