1. Application and properties

It consists of a sliding ring with an open Z-shaped mouth and a square rubber elastomer.
Suitable for double-acting hydraulic sealing of reciprocating motion piston, has a wide range of adaptability to working pressure, and has good sealing performance at high, medium and low pressures. It is particularly suitable for heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and can be used for high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure cylinders.
The cross-section is small, and the groove size for installation is small.
The friction coefficients during startup and operation are small, and the hydraulic cylinder runs smoothly.
The sliding ring has an opening, which is easy to install and does not require special installation tools.
Good wear resistance, high pressure resistance, strong anti-extrusion ability and good impact resistance.

5.Marking method

Mark it with the dimension of installation groove as below:

HPT “Bore Diameter D” × “Groove Diameter d” × “Groove Width L”

For example: HPT100×79×8 means , Groove Dimension: Bore Dia. 100, Groove Dia.79, Groove width 8
