Burning Passion Under the Glow, Striving for the Light as One DMS SEALS 2025 Team Building Highlights

As the games drew to a close, Ms. Yang Chunyan, the General Manager, took the stage to deliver a speech that imbued the team building event with a warm core and further unveiled DMS’s original brand aspiration. She opened with the profound question of “Who are we?”, leading everyone to reflect on DMS’s unwavering journey of dedicating 20 years to the sealing industry. She then initiated an interactive session with the mantra “Love the trade you pursue”, and shared her sincere passion for the R&D and manufacturing of sealing products—this passion is precisely the bedrock and driving force behind DMS’s growth: from its inception to deep-rooted development, from unwavering commitment to quality, to steady strides toward the goal of “Premium Chinese Manufacturing, Shared Globally”.

   This was immediately followed by the Award Ceremony for Outstanding Achievements, an undisputed highlight of the entire event! Based on annual job performance, the company established three prestigious awards: the Progress Employee Award, Excellent Employee Award, and Excellent Manager Award, specially honoring the down-to-earth contributors who fulfilled their duties and overcame challenges at their posts over the past year. Every bonus red envelope presented and every round of prolonged applause was a profound recognition of the hard work of all team members, and a powerful testament to the company’s positive guiding principle: “Learn from role models, strive to be doers”. It inspired everyone to gear up with greater motivation and sprint at full speed toward our goal of “Premium Chinese Manufacturing, Shared Globally”. The company’s Chairman Yang Xiaogang, Hu Chenghua, and Factory Director Wu presented awards to the recognized colleagues and delivered separate speeches, extending their encouragement and best wishes to all in attendance.

As dusk fell, the charcoal fires on the grills at the barbecue area blazed brighter and redder, curling up in wispy plumes of smoke. In an instant, the whole campsite was filled with the familiar warm glow of burning embers! The mouthwatering aroma of sizzling, juicy grilled meat, fresh vegetables and aromatic seasonings blended perfectly in the air, wafting over to tantalize everyone’s taste buds at once. Our team members divided the work spontaneously and collaborated in perfect harmony: the grill masters skillfully controlled the heat and kept flipping the skewers nonstop, while the seasoning experts nailed the perfect balance of salt and spice to elevate the flavors. All the formality of the workplace faded away, leaving only the joy and warmth of being together as one. The sizzle of grilling meat, peals of laughter and clinks of glasses wove into a delightful melody. Amid the gentle haze of smoke, all stress melted away, and the bonds between us grew stronger by the minute. This is the most heartwarming portrait of the DMS big family.

During the lulls in the barbecue, the lucky draw brought a constant stream of surprises and cranked up the festive vibes to the max! Every single one of us was immersed in pure joy, with happy grins lighting up our faces. We not only took home our dream prizes but also felt an overwhelming sense of belonging and fulfillment in our hearts.

Though the joyful moments passed in a flash, the profound camaraderie of walking side by side and the tremendous collective strength we forged have long taken deep root in every Damansen person’s heart. This team building event was not only a soothing getaway to step away from the hustle and bustle and unwind, but also an empowering journey to break down departmental barriers and rally the team’s collective might.
