1. Application and properties
Suitable for double-acting sealing of reciprocating motion piston, especially for fast-response cylinders in control
cylinders, servo cylinders, machine tools and construction machinery.
It has a low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and a long service life. It can work with or without lubrication and can be used for non-oil lubrication cylinder seals.
The adaptability to working media and working temperature range can be changed by replacing the material of the O-ring. Can be used in special working conditions such as extremely high speed, extremely low speed, micro-stroke, etc.
Suitable for integrated pistons and the installation groove is small, which is conducive to design cylinder size
Complies with the standards of GB/T 15242.1-94 and GB/T 15242.3-94.
Good extrusion resistance and can adapt to larger installation clearances.
Different cross-section products can be selected according to the actual working pressure value. Generally, the larger the working pressure, the larger the cross-section product should be selected.
This seal is particularly suitable for frequent and rapid directional changes in hydraulic cylinder applications
