 1. Application and properties

Installed in the O-ring groove, suitable for double-acting piston seal and static seal, especially recommended for light load and small diameter hydraulic cylinder.
It has low friction coefficient, wear resistance, and can work with or without lubrication, and can be used for oil-free lubrication cylinder sealing.
It can adapt to a wide range of working media and working temperature range by changing the material of O-ring. It can be used for special working conditions such as extremely high speed, extremely low speed, micro-stroke, etc.
Suitable for integral piston and the installation groove is small, which is conducive to design cylinder size.
Compliant with GB/T 15242.1-94 and GB/T 15242.3-94 standards.
It has excellent sealing performance under various pressures, and almost no leakage.
According to the actual working pressure value, different section products should be selected. In principle, the larger the working pressure, the larger the section product should be selected. According to the size and direction of the actual working pressure of the working condition, a back-up ring can be added on one side or both sides to enhance the pressure bearing capacity.
