1. Application and properties
Suitable for reciprocating piston rod or piston single-acting seal as well as rotary seal, with a wide range of working pressure adaptation. It provides better sealing effectiveness at medium to high pressures and can enhance pressure resistance by increasing the tail length dimension or adding back-up rings.
The friction coefficient is small, the contact pressure with the matching surface is low, the friction with the matching surface is the smallest among all seal types, can work with or without lubrication. It has good wear resistance and long life
The working medium of the sealing sleeve is widely adaptable, and other chemicals do not react with it except soluble alkali metal, high temperature fluorine gas and chlorine trifluoride.
Operating temperature range from -200°C to +250°C.
Can be used for extremely high speed, extremely low speed, micro-stroke and other special conditions
Suitable for aviation, military and industrial seal groove sizes, standard mounting grooves are as small as standard O-ring mounting grooves. It can also be designed as a non-standard part to meet the sealing requirements of any size trench. The grooves are open or semi-open.

Spring: SUS301, 302, 304, 316 or 718. Default use SUS301, please specify if there are special requirment/400A
