1. Application and properties
Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating rod as well as rotary rod sealing, and has good sealing performance at high, medium and low pressure.
The working pressure range is wide and pressure resistance can be enhanced by adding a back-up ring
The friction coefficient is small, the contact pressure with the matching surface is low, the friction with the matching surface is small and it can work with or without lubrication. It has good wear resistance and long life
The working medium of the sealing sleeve is widely adaptable, and other chemicals do not react with it except soluble alkali metal, high temperature fluorine gas and chlorine trifluoride.
Operating temperature range from -200°C to +250°C.
It can be used for special conditions such as vacuum, low temperature, static sealing, extremely low speed, and small stroke.
Suitable for sealing groove sizes in aviation, military and industrial fields. The installation groove is small and groove is open or semi-open.

Sealing ring: filled PTFE
Spring: SUS301, 302, 304, 316 or 718. Default use SUS301, please specify if there are special requirment/103A
