1. Application and properties

Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating rod. It provides good sealing performance at high, medium, and low pressures.
   The working pressure range is wide and pressure resistance can be enhanced by adding a back-up ring
   The friction coefficient is small, the contact pressure with the matching surface is low, the friction with the matching surface is small and it can work with or without lubrication. It has good wear resistance and long life
The working medium of the sealing sleeve is widely adaptable, and other chemicals do not react with it except soluble alkali metal, high temperature fluorine gas and chlorine trifluoride.
Operating temperature range from -200°C to +250°C. And it can be used in special working conditions such as extremely high speed, extremely low speed, and micro-stroke.
    The spring is a oblique spiral type, and the spring force remains constant within a larger deformation range, so it can be used in working conditions with some eccentricity. The cross-sectional shape of the spring is elliptical, which provides good lip support for the sealing component and has a long sealing life.
   Suitable for sealing groove sizes in aviation, military and industrial field. The installation groove is small and groove is open or semi-open.

Spring: SUS301, 302, 304, 316 or 718. Default use SUS301, please specify if there are special requirment /APS

Mark it with the dimension of installation groove as below:

FSR “Rod Diameter d” × “Groove Diameter D” × “Groove Width L” - “Spring Material” X Shape
