1. Application and properties
Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating rod. and has excellent dynamic and static sealing performance at high, medium and low pressure.
The work pressure adaptation range is wide. When used independently at medium and low pressure, the pressure resistance can be strengthened by increasing a back-up ring. When the pressure is high, it is used together with a buffer seal. The pressure resistance of the sealing system can reach 40MPa. if a buffer seal is added in front of this seal, and a back-up ring is installed behind it.
Operating temperature range from -30°C to +110°C.
The installation groove meets the requirements of IS05597/1 international standard. Also can provide non-standard size products

Strong residual oil retraction ability under reciprocating motion, with minimal residual oil on the piston rod.

R1=0.2～0.5; R2=0.1～0.2; R3=0.2～0.3; C=(0.5～1.0)L. The specific values are selected according to the section size of the seal. The remaining values are referred to Installation Dimensions table:。L stands for the Groove Width without back-up ring and L1 stands for the groove Width with back-up ring.
5. Marking method
Mark it with the dimension of installation groove as below：
For example: the first seal in Installation Dimensions table is marked as URL-18×26×5.7
