1. Application and properties

The seal consists of four parts: slip ring, back-up ring 1, O-ring and back-up ring 2. Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating rod and has good sealing performance at medium and low pressure. In particular, the low pressure sealing performance is better. Can be used for rod seal alone, is the ideal choice for servo cylinder rod seal.
The closed installation groove makes it especially convenient to install the seal into the groove.
The friction coefficient is small, the contact pressure with the matching surface is low, the friction with the matching surface is small and it can work with or without lubrication. It has good wear resistance and long life.
    The working medium of the sealing sleeve is widely adaptable, and each component can be selected with the appropriate material according to the working condition.
Operating temperature range from -20°C to +150°C.
Can be used for extremely high speed, extremely low speed, micro-stroke and other special conditions

Mark it with the dimension of installation groove as below:
