1.Application and properties

Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating rod. and has excellent dynamic and static sealing performance at medium and low pressure.

The small section of the seal adds great flexibility to the dimensional design of the cylinder structure

Suitalbe for both rod seals and piston seals.

The work pressure adaptation range is relatively wide. When used independently at low pressure, the pressure resistance can be strengthened by increasing the gear ring. When the pressure is high, it is used together with a buffer seal. The pressure resistance of the sealing system can reach 20MPa. If a buffer seal is added in front of this seal, and a back-up ring is installed behind it.

Closed groove, easy installation of seals.

Strong residual oil retraction ability under reciprocating motion, with minimal residual oil on the piston rod.

4. Related Dimensions

R1=0.2～0.5; R2=0.1～0.2; R3=0.2～0.3. The specific values are selected according to the section size of the seal. The remaining values are referred to Installation Dimensions table: L stands for the Groove Width without back-up ring and L1 stands for the groove Width with back-up ring.

5. Marking method

Marking it with the dimension of installation groove as below：

For example: the first seal in Installation Dimensions table can be marked as UL12×20×5.7
