1.Application and properties:

Suitable for single-acting sealing of hydraulic reciprocating rod. and has excellent dynamic and static sealing performance at high, medium and low pressure. 
The sealing surface has two lips, and the sealing medium between the two lips is used as a lubricant, which avoids dry friction and wear to a certain extent, and the friction coefficient is greatly reduced compared with the sealing parts of the same type of single lip, and the life is prolonged. The double mouth structure prevents the entry of outside air, reduces the gas in the working medium, and increases the sealing capacity at low pressure.
It is suitable for a wide range of working pressures and can be used independently at medium to low pressures. The pressure resistance can also be enhanced by adding retaining rings. At higher pressures, it can be used in combination with a buffer seal. By adding a buffer seal in front of this seal and installing a retaining ring at the base of this seal, the sealing system can withstand pressures up to 35MPa.
Operating temperature range from -30°C to +110°C.
The installation groove meets the requirements of ISO5597/1 international standard. Non-standard sizes are also available.

R1=0.2~0.5; R2=0.1~0.2; R3=0.2~0.3; C=(0.5~1)L; The specific values are selected according to the section size of the seal. The remaining values are referred to Installation Dimensions table: L stands for the Groove Width without back-up ring and L1 stands for the groove Width with back-up ring.

Marking it with the dimension of installation groove as below:

For example: the first seal in Installation Dimensions table is marked as URD-16×24×6.3
